These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by GILIBOMJARO SOFT SL (Company Registration Number: B73361954), with registered address at C. de Azcona, 23, Salamanca, 28028 Madrid, Spain. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

GILIBOMJARO SOFT SL provides digital software development services including, but not limited to, custom web development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, API development, database design, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, and maintenance plans. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Orders and Payment

Upon placing an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation via email. Payment arrangements will be communicated by our team after order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines for digital services will be agreed upon between GILIBOMJARO SOFT SL and the client prior to commencement of work. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project scope and client feedback cycles. All deliverables are provided digitally.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as agreed in the project scope. GILIBOMJARO SOFT SL retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party components used remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [email protected]. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion at the time of cancellation. Work completed prior to cancellation may be invoiced proportionally. Maintenance plan subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

GILIBOMJARO SOFT SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
